DME Advice
I'm considering adding a DME to my 172N (http://www.ullmann.com/flying/N7611F/index.html), what is your opinion regarding the 400 series ARCs? I like the prices I've seen and I actually have a place to mount the display (I think).
I guess the big question is, how does it compare to a King KN-62A, which appears to be the most common.

I had not heard much good about the 400 series radios and have never owned any. I can say that the KN62 is a good DME and has served our flying club very well. It has not been out for repair for the 3 years I have been in the club.
