TKM Michel MC 60 VOR Indicators

(I posted this under an old thread so I'm trying again)
On the subject of the TKM Michel 170B radios, I have owned two in the past and found them to be every bit as reliable as the 155s I had been using.

I do have a question though. I have just bought another Cessna 172H and the plane is equiped with the M170Bs, which is the same radios I had in my last Warrior II. The question concerns the VOR/LOC indicators. They are the Michel MC 60 digital and I know nothing about them. Anyone know where I might find or download a manual?

I think the vor composite signal has ceased to be coming out of my MX-12 transceiver.

Do you fix them? I have a 100MHz oscilloscope. What is the rms or p-p voltage of the composite signal?
