C-150/150 hp for sale

I have a 68 model 150H with the Bush conversion to 150HP 0-320E2. Standard wing tanks and O&N long range aux tank STCed and permanently installed in the cargo area. Adds 14.5 usable.
King 170B Nav /Com , Mode C transponder, intercom,
Has been maintained on 100 hour schedule. oil changed every 25 hours, used for dual and BFRs. Was a desert plane until last year. AC-total time 6,550 hours. Engine over TBO 3,750 SMOH, (yeah I know) and full top 1800 ago and some progressive jug-piston changes since then.
Last 100 hour (Jan 04) compressions 76,75,74,72,
Does not burn oil and runs clean. Changing business needs say that I need something bigger and can't afford two planes yet.

I guess I goofed on the first ad, The last Annual was in January and the last hundred hour was before that in September. The transponder just expired and I will get that re-done this week.
The interior is very nice and the Seats are about one year old.
The paint and exterior are about an 8 out of 10.
New tires, 1 year old brakes, Windows are much better than most.
Cruises at 125mph, climbs at 1000 FPM, will get off the ground in about 400 feet. Will cruise for 4 hours due to the extra fuel tank.
Fuel tank is O&N STC and is one year old. The extra tank alone was $2000 in parts and paperwork alone not to mention installation.
One of these with low time will run you in the mid to high $30Ks, The engine time is why I am only asking $22.K

Still for sale.
The couple of folks who said they were thinking about it should have been thinking about having money in their accounts.
Still being flown weekly.
