One more ? i read in your response to alan also that all the exhaust extensions you've seen are illegal. Are you talking about after market or factory.I thought
all 0-300-D engines had extended exhaust pipe.</HTML>

<HTML>Hi, Vaughn! I didn't say "all" , I said "most". Most of the exhaust extensions I've seen on airplanes have been automobile clamp-ons purchased at the local autoparts store. They are illegal.
