secondary seat stop mod

I need a copy of the SEB 89-2 Rev 2 bulletin about the secondary seat stop, got a 180 with early 210 seat and dodgy tracks, need to fix this before it takes someone out, can anyone assist?

George, thank you for the bulletin in the mail, got it today, should be able to sort out the requirements of it when I study it in the morning.
If Kurt is on the side, I now have all I need.
And to the others on the side, has anyone fitted this mod to their Cessna?
And what do you think about it ?
