Lynn; there is no annual inspection form per/se.There is a 100 hour inspection form in the sevice manual for your plane. That is what an annual inspection consist of basically. with a little more attention to airworthiness directives. in other words a good going over of the airplane,and the engine. Your mechanic should be able to guide you on this subject.The annual inspection has to be signed off by an A/P with an I.A.(inspection authorization),and all A.D.s must be complied with.
