Most times there is enough "slop" in the door hinge to fuselage attach holes to reposition the door, a little. Loosen the screws on the upper and lower hinges. With the screws loose, position the door where you want it, sometimes you may need to preload the door a little higher at the aft end. You can do this with a wooden wedge between the lower door frame and lower fuselage door jamb. With the wedge in place, and the door closed, tighten the hinge screws. You may have to play with it, doing this a couple times to get the results you want.
If your hinge pins and/or hinge fittings are worn, they'll need replaced, or you could be squirtin in the wind.
The seals could have been improperly installed, or maybe the wrong seal, to cause the door to kick out at the front, not uncommon. The only fix for this is to verify if it's the correct seal first. it should be a quarter round style hollow core. If someone has installed a solid core, this may be your problem. If you determine that it is the correct seal, make sure that it is nested into the radius of the frame (as far outboard as it can go).

Thanks to those who gave input.  I tried lots of different fixes and did meet with success.  My greatest success was when I took the hinges off and elongated the holes with a dremel.  I also had some success by using a belt sander on the outer edge of the door.  Finally, I readjusted the receiving door strike piece which has elongated slots for moving up and down when you loosen 4 screws.
