Do anybody have the service manual for the 100 series from 63 to 68.

Does anyone know where I can get a parts and service manual for a 1979 cessna 152?

We have posted many manuals FREE to download at http://www.micro-tools.com/pdf/Cessna/ .  If it is new than 78 you are going to have to go to Cessna as McCurtaintg is only copying no copywrited manuals as they do not have permission from Cessna to do any copywrighted material.
