Is there a STC for converting a 310G generators to alternators ?

Bob, I'm looking for a STC for 310A alternator conversion also. Ive called Cessna ME tech support and they could not help. They recommended calling Continental motors. I have yet to give them a call. If you find a STC or factory kit please let me know with a post here. Thanks. Bill

I called the company for the STC conversion kit. Price is $2700 which includes kit for both engines. If you have the old Bendix system the parallelling relays are no longer used. Voltage regulators are replaced with solid state units with overvoltage protection. If you plan to use the full 70 AMP output of alternators they recommend upgrading the output wiring to AWG #6.
