C-152 Peterson Auto Fuel STC

C-152 Peterson Auto Fuel STC

Folks, when my mechanic filed my 337 for the auto fuel STC the drawings were not kept. I am certifying the plane for part 141 training and the FAA would like to see the drawings. Peterson would like a hefty fee to send me another copy. If anyone could send me a copy of the 2 drawings that come with this STC, it would be greatly appreciated.

you might note that the Peterson STC paperwork has a red number stamped on it.
That stamp is a referrence number to the airframe/engine that the STC was issued to.
There's a seperate STC for each airframe & model and each engine & model.
My drawing for the clamp placement has a picture of the O-470, Im sure that wouldn't pass for the O-200
Also the paper work you recieve with the STC is for a specific engine and specific airframe. The serial numbers are on the paperwork.
There's also a stame indicating "Proprietory information. Do not reproduce" with the tail number or the engine SRL number inserted. The two "drawings" 1) shows where to place the clamp with the STC "Modification" on oil filler tube. 2) where to place the fuel placards on the airframe.
If you use the copies as a referrence only to show where the clamp and placards are supposed to be placed, that might be ok.
If you NEED them as part of officeal documentation you might have to fork over the $$ to Peterson...
yes...they do charge more than the FAA does for duplicates.

Most STC owners send a form to register the serial number of the applicable aircraft it is going on.. I would think Peterson would have the records for your airplane and could send you a Duplicate.. They want to charge you for this?
