I recently purchased an early 1973 P337 w/boots.  I have since discovered that the first 40 or so 1973 P337's w/boots had 2 piece boots on the front wings while all later 337's w/boots had a 1 piece front set.  My plane was in Germany for approx 10 years and someone installed the 1 piece system.  As far as I have been able to discover the 1 piece was never approved for the earlier planes.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed??
