The St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau wants to help make your next meeting a success!  As you make the arrangements for your meeting or convention, we can be of great assistance to you.  All we need is the event specifications and we'll do the rest!  We will request proposals only from those properties that best fit your needs or meet your specified criteria.  Should you decide on doing a site visit, we'll pick you up at the airport, arrange for accommodations, plan an itinerary and escort you on your trip.
