I personally do not like the change to the forum. My biggest gripe is i cannot check to see if there are any new posts without going into each forum. Still a great site.

New post preview is a valuable suggestion. This is now slated to appear in the upcoming version of this forum.
One of the biggest reasons that we moved to this format is that our team built this forum from scratch (with some consultant help). We can improve this format fairly easily.
