Need Equipment list form

Need Equipment list form

I need a copy of an origional factory equipment list form for a 1956 172. I just purchased the airplane which is now on conventional gear and I never have had an equipment list so need to make one up. If someone has a blank or completed original, please let me know and we can make arrangements for me to get a copy.

I'm not certain, but I believe that I saw a copy of my original equipment list when I ordered my FAA records from the FAA on a CD-ROM. You might want to get a copy of that regardless, only $5 http://162.58.35.241/e.gov/ND/airrecordsND.asp

Had you tried calling Cessna They should have copies of original W&B/Equipment list (may be about $50 or so).

Thanks for the interest, I have a copy that the FAA has and it shows a later list made up by a maintenance org. rather than the original.
