1957 172 parts hunt

<HTML>I am trying to find a source for the following parts for my 1957 172. I have found many sources for 1960 and up but none for older.

Nose cowl
Vertical Fin Cap (beacon)
Wing Strut Farings
Landing Gear Fairings

Once you register on the site you search for parts by part number, PMA approval, or by avariety of other methods. Usually you will get a listing of who stocks the part, their phone number, how many they have on hand, and whether it is new, overhauled, or what. It also allows you to do a request for a quote on that part online.

My first attempts at using it were not successful, but then I tried some common parts to get a feel on how the system was set up. Once I did that I was able to do things like look up parts by the manufacturer's part number stamped on the part rather than Cessna's oblsolete number... and find a variety of sources for that part.</HTML>
