I agree. Only rent your plane out to flight schools if (and ONLY IF) you plan to NEVER fly it yourself again. She will be abused (unintentionally most of the time) and you will never have the same plane back again.

Just think of all the hard landings, skids and what-not's you have done when you learned to fly, add the worst things you've heard people tell about students handling planes, and then multiply it by as close as 365 you can get, because the flying school then has a plane that they feel NOTHING for, and they are going to fly the cr*p out of it to get their money's worth...
