Hello,

I am in charge of a small air club in France. Our fleet is made of 3 Cessna and I am a recent & proud member of the Cessna Owner Organization.

I was with 5 of us in Vancouver (Canada) last September. We have rented 2 C172 from the Pacific Flying Club in Boundary Bay and flew from there to San Francisco. Needless to say it was great. There is at Boundary Bay airfield an avionics shop (R&Z AVIONICS LTD.) from which we have bought a second hand VOR. It works so good that we have decided when we were back home to send over there a Narco Nav 11 for repair. This was end of February and since we have no news. I have tried to contact R&Z Avionics by phone and by e-mails but I have not got any reply. Maybe something has happened to the person in charge or its company.

Is there any chance that the COO has a member living there or close who could make the investigation on our behalf?
