I recently had my No. 1 Nav/com in the shop for some work and the tech, while repairing the original problem said that when he did the usual checks found the com. receive circuit weak and could not yellow tag the radio.  So I got my spare and it had a problem so I took it to the shop.  That problem was fixed but now this radio has a weak receiver too.  I do trust the shop and even got a second opinion.  Now my question.  I can't seem to get these radio's repaired, anyone else had this problem and what did you do??  I'd love to put in new radio's but that is out of my budget for now.  But now I have two radios that work but aren't considered "airworthy" anymore. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated......
