Heated Lift Detector 186-14

Have for sale one Safe Flight heated lift detector PN# 186-14. I purchased at auction this past weekend. Unit looks like new, has not been molested in any way and I temporarily installed it on a 414 to ops check the stall warning vane and heating element. Works great. Don't know the history, but it was purchased from an aircraft mechanics estate along with alot of other new and serviceable parts. A new one is over $3,000. Overhauled prices vary from $1,400 to $1,800 plus core charge of $500-1000. This unit will be sold as serviceable for $1,400 no core charge. 479-437-3333

Just bought a replacement lift detector from eBay Safe Flight 186-9 for a known ice P210. Thing tested on the ground but not in the air. Was wondering if you still had the 186-14 for sale?

Fred, here is a few places I found that have Overhauled units....might be worth trying. New ones are pricy....maybe they were $3k in 2007, but now you can add another 1-2k on top of that for a new one. Let me know if you want some contacts for new detectors.
