I fly a 1968 C172h with an S-TEC system 20 autopilot that can be coupled to a Garmin GPS100 or the VOR on Nav1. I would be interested to hear if anybody else has this combination. I’ve not used an autopilot before myself. My feeling is you can only get so far by reading the manuals. Consequently, I would be interested to hear the views/experiences of anyone else using this kit about how well it performs or advice on how to fly with it.
