Re: Skycatcher Sales Exceed $75 Million

Re: Skycatcher Sales Exceed $75 Million

The 162 is a cute airplane. But several things about it amazes me. The price is awfully high for an "entry level" aircraft. One look at the panel says that this aircraft is a "taa", but you only need 20 hours to learn to fly the thing! Maybe I am getting old, but the simple "steam" gauges seem like the thing to have on this type of plane. Then, maybe, the prices would be a bit more reasonable. Cessna seems to have done a job of overkill on this model of plane. As for me, I will stick with my 40 year old 172, which has served me just fine.
