S-TEC 55 coupled approach

S-TEC 55 coupled approach

When during a coupled ILS approach I set the flaps in my cessna 210P to 15 degrees down, the AP starts a dive of 1000 fpm and then a climb to rejoin the GS altitude. What can be wrong?
