I am most familiar with south Florida. If you want to go to Disney, the Kissimmee Gateway airport is a great option and Attractions Jet Center is who we have used as an FBO. They have Enterprise car rental but there is  Hertz inside the Signature FBO which is a stone's throw away.

Further south, Marathon is a great option and Cristal Clear is the FBO we use there; great fuel prices and service. In the Miami area the two airports we use are Opa Locka KOPF and Tamiami KTMB. You may want to determine where you want to stay first as these airports are on the north and south sides of Miami. If you go to Opa Locka, Miami Flightline is who we use. At Tamiami you can use Falcon Trust or call Peninsula Avionics, they have tie downs and fuel, they're not an FBO but can give you cometitive prices and if you need any work done... I am asure that other members will have more information on other south Florida options. Now if you don;t mind going just a little further south, you can visit us here in Cancun....
