<HTML>I suggest that you make a "cover" for it. Take some heavy construction paper and lay it up on the glare-shield and cut out a pattern. Then with some heavy cardboard or fibreboard, you can make a form to cover with upholstery fabric or "gross-point" baggage compartment fabric. If you don't like that idea, simply use the pattern to lay out on some close-cut or short-loop-pile carpet of a coordinating color, and cover the glareshield with carpet. Don't forget to make cutouts for the defroster vents. This is a project that an owner/pilot can perform under FAR 43, Appendix A, "preventive maintenance".</HTML>
