I've been finding Avgas is getting harder and harder to find and more expensive. Whereas Jet fuel is available anywhere in the world thanks to a bigger market.
I know of this very good company that changes your C-182 engine for a certified 230HP Jet A engine delivering as much torq as a 260 gasoline engine. They're unique in the US.

You can fly 40 to 50% more on the same amount of fuel without lowering power!
