AC is in execellent condition, many new items have been added since I purchased about two years ago.  The interior has had a major upgrade but seats were in good shape and not recovered.  The Don George rebuilt engine now has about 40 hours on it on and it has an 1,800 TBO.  It is IFR cert, EI engine analyzer, EI oil pressure and temp, and EI carb temp. This plane needs nothing but flying.  I have about $55K in it but would probably take a little less.  Come see it, fly it and make me an offer I can't refuse.
