Does anyone have any advice on writing a 337 for installing skylights in a 1964 150?  Or maybe someone has done it and would want to scan and e-mail me a copy?

120's, 140's and 150 Aerobats had them and I believe they were an option on 1970 and up non-Aerobat 150's and they all use the same part number so I figure it shouldn't be a problem.  I just want to get it (the paperwork) right the first time so any help you could give me would be great.
