Hi Steve;

If you are refering to the instrument panel shock mounts, they can be purchased from IWantCessnaParts.com for $9.75, and Aircraft Spruce has them for $5.75.  I purchased the ones from Aircraft Spruce and put them in during the last annual.

One trick I learned from my mechanic. The brass nut on the back of the panel is almost impossible to get a wrench on while you remove the old mount and install the new.  Using a glob of putty to hold the nut in place while you replace the mount makes it a lot easier.
