I have a friend that already had the Bush STOL kit installed on his 180 for years. Just this past winter before doing a paint job he decided to put on the Flap Gap Seals that were part of the Bush STOL kit. Now he finds it requires 30Deg of Flaps to take-off of the water instead of 20Deg. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with Flap Gap seals and a drop in take-off performance with them installed?
