KLN89B Pin Out
I recently installed a UBG-16 along with Mux. It is my understanding that there is a serial output from the KLN89B that I can feed to one of the MUX channels. It has eight channels and only requires one for the UBG-16. However, I have been unable to find a schematic that shows the pin out for the KLN89B connectors so I know where to connect the wire. The local radio shop will gladly run the single wire for $350. Any help appreciated.

Pin 2 of the 25 pin connector is the RS232 output. You will probably find pin 2 jumpered to pin 1 (the RS232 input) if its not interfaced with any other equipment.

Thanks Denny. Someone sent me a few pages from the installation manual. I think I have all I need now to make the connection. Now to find software that can read it.
