Hello everyone!

I need your help/opinion on this topic:

I am in the process of acquiring a 2005 - 2006 C182T in Europe. I found four airplanes I would like to look at in the very near future. A prepurchase inspection is planned later on, however to keep costs to a minimum, I would like to do a deep look-through by myself to sort out airplanes that will definitely not be worth the money.

Therefore I would like to know what the "hotspots" of those airplanes are. Is there a list of SB / AD available that I can take with me to figure out whether these are complied with?

The planes are all fitted with G1000. I have heard that this system is likely to be damaged when operated from gras runways. Is this true? Shall I look for a plane that has not been run on gras / soft runways?

What else would you suggest to look for?
