I  have no Flood lights or Post lights, also the Engine Instrument & Radio Lights do not work . Have checked the post lights & Flood lights out. They work if you by pass the Dimmer Assembly & the Pot. I do not think I am getting voltage to the pots.  I do have power at the cabin lights breaker. Need help trouble shooting

I need to know where the Dimmer Assembly is located.  my plane is a 210L S/N210-59794.
