350 since new 3 bladed prop

*2 years ago the previous owner backed a golf cart into the prop prompting a new prop and an engine teardown. Engine was sent out to Western Skyways for the inspection. All cylinders were overhauled, all new bearings, replaced the cam and followers, inspected the crank and case halves, new magnetos, overhauled the fuel system, overhauled the prop governor.  They spent $19,000.00 on the engine alone and reinstalled it with new engine mounts. Western Skyways wanted about $3000 additional to sign it off as a "major overhaul" and the previous owner didn't do it.

From what I've read the only parts that weren't replaced were the pistons and the valves.  Essentially this is a majored engine from a very reputable shop.
