New Composite Headliner For Early Cessna 210's, 205's and 206's

Evolution Aerostyling, Midland, Texas, designers and installers of the only composite headliner system for Cessna 200 series aircraft announces new aircraft models added to the line that includes the Cessna 210K-R. The company has announce the inclusion of early model 210's from the B model through F models, all 205 models, 206's though the G model and all 207 models. The headliner not only greatly improves the interior styling of the aircraft, but adds to safety, sound and environmental qualities as well. The solid composite shell headliner adds a modern styling touch to the aircraft's interior with many major improvements. The ventilation is improved through the use of larger ducting for the vent system as well as re-aligning the outlets to a central center plenum that more evenly distributes the airflow through 3" 360 degree rotation vents. The vents are extremely durable and economical to replace. Safety is improved by the use of switchable red/white LED swivel eyeball lighting in the crew area. The LED output provides enough light to safely see all instrumentation in the event all panel lighting should be lost. The lights are dimmable from full off to full bright through the existing panel lighting dimmer. Additionally, two individually switched, white LED swivel eyeball lights are positioned in the center passenger row to provide additional illumination for passenger entry and egress as well as for reading. On 205, 206 and 207 models an optional third row of LED lighting is available. To further enhance these models, the composite headliner system reduces interior noise due to the additional damping qualities of the composite materials as well as by an layer of Ensolite padding. All inspection points are easily accessed through removable panels. As with all our headliner systems, they are easily removed for maintenance and all wiring and ducting remains in place for typical maintenance. The headliner is constructed of high strength composite material and is engineered to withstand 9G vertical loading. It is comparable in cost to the Wemac type ventilation kits with the addition of the LED lighting and new styling. The headliners will be available for installation in late December at our facility in Midland, Texas.
