1960 C210 landing gear problem.
1960 C210 landing gear problem.
C210 S/N 57199, power pack, pump and accumulator all overhauled. In flight the gear hits the up stops, handle snaps back to neutral and gear falls out. Every time.
Works perfectly on the jacks with a hydraulic mule. Door mod long ago. I've owned the airplane two years. Two annuals signed off because the gear works on the jacks.
Please HELP!

Re: 1960 C210 landing gear problem.
Since you have replaced most of the major componants, and it seems to happen only in flight, I think it would be prudent to look at the microswitches for the gear doors. My thought is that if the force of the airflow is causing them to open enough to trigger the switch causing the gear to come down. Also check the rigging of the doors themselves.
