Re: Door panel removal
If you have all of the other items removed, the panels is typically held on with spring clips similar to an automotive door panel. There is a tool that essentially pries up on each side of the clip so that is can compress and release without bending the panel. If done carefully a stiff blade putty knife will also work, but wrap it with some masking tape so you don't scratch the paint on the door. I have seen many that were either pried out wronf or re-installed wrong, bending the clip making it hard to get back in and out. If you need to replace the clips they are easily found in many auto parts stores or auto paint stores.
