PA295B actuator for autopilot ARC300-looking for transistors
PA295B actuator for autopilot ARC300-looking for transistors
in the PA295B actuator of my 182 there are various transistors which need to be replaced. I have difficulties to find them or equivalent.Difficulties consists in the pin shoes configuration and flat enough for the installation. My question is if somebody can tell me the equivalents and or where to find them:
Power transistors: MJE1660 and MJE1290 (no equivalent able to find)
Drive transistors : MJE710 (supposed equivalent BD236 ?) and MJE720 (supposed equivalent BD235 ?)
