Best traffic solution

I have had my 2001 sky hawk SP for 3 mos and my pp certificate for less. Looking for best option to add TAS traffic to my plane. So many options. Need more than this ultimately but believe for where I live traffic is biggest concern. Working on IFR now but will still want to know who's around. Any tips from experience would be appreciated. Looking to spend under $10k total. Hopefully can tie into my MFD 530.
