CRAIG FULLER, PRESIDENT OF AOPA TO SPEAK AT U.S. SPORT AVIATION EXPO

Sebring, FL (December 22, 2011)—This January 20 at 1:30pm, attendees of Expo will have the pleasure of meeting Craig Fuller, President of AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association). Craig is holding a special Pilot Town Hall at the Alan Jay Hangar to update pilots on the state of general aviation, discuss critical issues on the horizon for 2012 that will impact pilots with Q&A to follow.
Craig will arrive in the AOPA Caravan, which will be on display at the AOPA booth Friday of the show. Visitors to the AOPA booth can learn how affordable it can be to own an aircraft with their new AOPA Aircraft Partnership Program.

Diamond Aircraft Distributors Great Lakes Diamond and Premier Aircraft Sales will display two aircraft: The new DA20 with a G500 panel and the HK36 Motor Glider. The DA20 is sleek, sporty and strong yet surprisingly affordable, and is available with standard gauges or G500 equipment The HK36 Motor Glider is the best of three worlds: soaring, day or night VFR, all with no medical certificate required.
Kitfox Aircraft will be flying in two Kitfox S7 Super Sport’s from Idaho to Sebring for display at Expo.
Breezer Aircraft will have two planes on display and will be doing demonstration flights in the German built LSA. The starter kit has all the material to build the rudder, stabilizers, and elevators for a Breezer.

The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to general aviation, was incorporated on May 15, 1939. U.S. Sport Aviation Expo
This year will mark the eighth annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo in Sebring, FL hosted in cooperation with Sebring Regional Airport. Over 180 exhibitors travel from the U.S. and as far away as Africa, China, Romania, New Zealand, Australia, Italy and the Czech Republic to attend this first major aviation event of the year. 30% of attendees come from outside of Florida. The Expo not only brings economic development to the airport and community, but also brings together light sport aircraft leaders, worldwide, to promote their aircraft and associated products to a rapidly growing select group of like-minded professionals in this specialized LSA field.
