Oil and Temp gauge problem on a 172
Oil and Temp gauge problem on a 172
I have a 1956 Cessna 172. I replaced the orginal starter with a Sky-Tec starter. The first flight the oil gauge went almost into the red (15) and the temp gauge went way above 210 degrees. After an a sender replacement the same problem. The engine showed no signs of being overheated or starved of oil. I'm looking for what the measurements should be ie amps, volts, ect.
