CHT

I have a 182T with a normally aspirated IO-540-AB1A5. I have read that on climb out my CHT should be about 330F with full power, full rich at sea level doing  90s KIAS. My CHT is 395F. My question is: should I have the fuel flow increased at full rich to lower my CHT. Is 395F going to damage the engine?
