Re: Cessna 300a autopilot compatability

Do you have a good avionics shop that is familiar with the Navomatic 300 system? I just rebuilt my DG / 500a  and my turn coordinator 300a series - getting the shear pin replaced too. Now its\' time to get the head buttons un-stuck and make it all work.

Thanks.

Hi Steve,
Autopilot Central in OK is rock-solid on the Navomatic 300\'s.
Most of what they do is helping pilots keep their \"legacy\" autopilots flying.

Re: Cessna 300a autopilot compatability

Thanks Bob.

I am in touch with Central Florida Avionics in Leesburg (KLEE). They say they can make it work and they have parts. Apparently Sigmatronics bought all of the Navomatic and I assume legacy Cessna parts and rights. So we shall see. I am optimistic. It seems like a good, basic, functional wing leveler plus it should intercept a heading from Nav 1/GPS.
