Re: Cruise Speed on a '56 C172
<HTML>Wag-Aero has something similar on the inside of the front page of the latest catalog.

Re: Cruise Speed on a '56 C172
<HTML>I have been waiting to get my Tru-Tach for a couple of weeks. I called Aircraft Spruce and found they were back ordered also. I asked them for some technical information they couldn't answer and they gave me someone to talk to at Tru-Tach. Unfortunately I no longer have the number handy. My wife is buying me it for a gift. I'm still waiting. Christmas is coming soon!
Tru-tach is coming out with a more expensive (~$200) version with 4 digit readout. The three digit readout for 79.50 is fine. It just truncate the last digit. Knowing the speed to within 10 RPM is practical enough for my flying and a fantastic improvement.</HTML>

The one thing I didn't like about the one from Wag Aero is it's resolution is accurate to 10 RPM. Maybe not a big deal, but the other one is accurate to 1 RPM...</HTML>
