HI.
Do you or someone know if the Penn Yan mod O320 into a O360 engine is acepted by EASA? There is no a realy STC but a PY that means "Process Specification".
I have done this recently but I'm think it not will be acepted by EASA.
Anyone in Europe or USA know some about this Penn yann Aero modification and the aceptability in EASA states?
